Functions of the department

• Public procurement to provide administrative, maintenance and technical services, to support construction processes and maintain RSU Sports Club activities;
• Ensuring continuous, economical and efficient maintenance of the real estate owned, possessed and held by the university;
• Providing administrative, economic and technical services to meet the university’s needs;
• Ensuring the gradual and continuous improvement of the university’s student hostels;
• Maintaining the university's vehicle fleet and organising transport services;
• Maintaining the premises and equipment of the university’s Sports Club;
• Supporting the department's various divisions.
