Alksne is a Doctor of Engineering in e-Learning Technology and Management, and her professional interests include IT technologies, business intelligence and IT service management. Linda Alksne has been a leading specialist in both public administration and academia and has actively participated in various digitisation and cybersecurity projects. Her work is based on the use of modern technology solutions and effective communication in the IT field.
