The aim of the webinar, titled 'The future of cervical cancer prevention: from “one-size-fits-all” to personalized screening', is to illustrate the cervical cancer epidemiology in the Baltic States and to present the results and consequent conclusions of the project Towards elimination of cervical cancer: intelligent and personalized solutions for cancer screening. The webinar will conclude with evaluating the role of research in the development of practical solutions.

The Rīga Stradiņš University (RSU) Institute of Public Health in cooperation with the Institute of Family Medicine and Public Health of the University of Tartu, the Lithuanian University of Health Sciences, and the Norwegian Cancer Registry implemented the aforementioned project from 2020 until 2023.
